Domain Renewals

Our notification system will help you to manage your domains. We have taken care to ensure our customers are kept informed of the status of their domains by implementing a notification system that will begin when your domain is due to expire in 60 days. You will receive email notifications each week until there are only 30 days remaining. We will send you a final reminder 7 days before your domain will expire. You can renew your domain at any point during the expiration period.

If you no longer require your domain name you can disregard any expiry notifications and your domain name will simply become inactive at the date of expiry.

Our expiry notifications inlcude a link for you to log into your account and extend the period of your chosen domain by making the required payment.

Expired Domains

Once the 30 day expiration period has been reached the domain name becomes registrar locked, this means that we will be unable to transfer your domain name. Should your domain name be close to expiration and you wish to move your domain to another hosting company, we will be happy to do so once the domain has been renewed.

Any domain names that reach their registration expiry date without renewal could be lost due to re-registrations restrictions or another user registering the domain name for their use.
